How secure is the lot?
The lot is gated, lit at night, and covered by cameras with monitored video security.
Can I get to my vehicle anytime?
Yes. Renters get a gate code and can come and go 24/7. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.
What can I store?
Cars, pickup trucks, trailers, jet skis, boats on trailers, travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes and food trucks.
Can I store long term?
Yes. Rent is billed monthly, for as long as you need the space.
What does it cost?
20 x 12 ft spaces are $100/mo, 30 x 14 ft spaces are $135/mo, and 40 x 14 ft spaces are $195/mo.
Is there a setup fee or tax?
Each space has a $50 one-time setup fee, and sales tax applies to rent.
How do I reserve a space?
Send the request form on this page or call (813) 544-1570. We confirm the right size, then you pay online and get your gate code.
